Below is an overview of all the products we offer in Belgium and Luxembourg.

For Belgium: 

• WinAcc (desktop):
  Caseware WinAcc automates the entire year-end closing process, including corporation tax, annual accounts, minutes, the bundle, etc.
• FinTax BE (cloud):
  Caseware FinTax BE automates the year-end closing process, including annual accounts, reporting and checklists, fully tailored to corporates.
• Smart Audit (cloud):
  Caseware Smart Audit automates the entire financial audit workflow: from file creation and reviews to close collaboration with your clients to quickly gather all the necessary data.
• Special Engagements (cloud):
  With Caseware Special Engagements, you can carry out special assignments (contributions in kind, dissolution and liquidation, conversion of company form, etc.) digitally. Centralise the entire flow, collaborate smoothly with colleagues and clients, and rely on automation to complete assignments smoothly, accurately and compliantly.
• SQM (cloud):
  SQM offers an efficient solution for designing, managing, monitoring and evaluating your quality management system (ISQM 1 and 2).

For Luxembourg:

• Lux FinTax (cloud):
  Lux FinTax automatically prepares annual accounts, including all notes, and direct tax returns (corporate tax, municipal tax and net worth tax) – ready to be uploaded to eCDF, RCS portals and MyGuichet.lu.
• Lux Audit (cloud):
  Caseware Lux Audit is a cloud solution for managing the audit process in Luxembourg. From related communications and client requests to risk assessment and value-added analyses, auditors can now focus on the right aspects of each audit engagement. The result: audits are completed faster, leading to better results for the client and time savings on each audit performed.
• SQM (cloud):
  SQM offers an efficient solution for designing, managing, monitoring and evaluating your quality management system (ISQM 1 and 2).

SQM stands for System of Quality Management. It is a framework or system that accountants/audit firms use to manage, monitor, evaluate and, where necessary, improve their quality.

Internationally, there is the International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM) (such as ISQM 1, ISQM 2), which sets requirements for how such a quality system should be organised, with a risk-based approach, monitoring, evaluation, etc. 

Caseware SQM offers an efficient solution for designing, managing, monitoring and evaluating your quality management system (ISQM 1 and 2).

Caseware WinAcc works seamlessly with your accounting package/CRM system.

Whether it's securely generating content or summarising documents, AiDA enables you to achieve more with less effort.

After signing the quotation, the onboarding process will begin. You will be guided step by step so that you can get started with the new software quickly. 

Depending on which product you have purchased, you will receive physical training and access to the Caseware Academy, where you can view all the training videos.
