It is possible to import the current and previous year's figures into Caseware. To do this, Caseware directly addresses Adsolut's database.

1. Requesting SQL user
For Adsolut, we need to connect directly to the SQL database of Adsolut itself.
This requires a user who has read access to the masterkb database (list of all files) and all databases of the different Adsolut files.
We ourselves do not have the proper rights to create this user, this should be done by the IT person responsible within the office.
2. Activating the connector in WinAcc
- Navigate to Settings > Office Settings
- Click Log on as an Admin. The password is pragmaparam
Enter the server name, username and password.
3. Testing the Connection
You can now test the connection with Adsolut by navigating to Home - Adsolut in the Dashboard.
Once the user is correctly created and entered, you can find your Adsolut files in the dropdown below.
