Move Cloud Engagements to another Entity

How to move existing Cloud Engagements to another Entity

  1. Go to Activities
  2. Create a Discussion
  3. Select the Entity the Engagement is currently placed in
    Click on Attach Files -> Existing and select the Engagement File
    Add a Subject and Post the Discussion
  4. Find the newly created Discussion
  5. Select Move to entity, there will be a warning that the attachments will be moved and select yes.

  6. Select the target entity and select OK.
