How to adjust print settings
Users can configure how your document will look when it is export to PDF using Print settings. By adjusting these options, users can ensure the final document has the correct layout, branding, and level of detail.
1. Accessing print settings
Depending on the page, print settings are accessed in different ways.
In some pages, like the MY WORK | Manual page, the settings can be accessed from the Print combo button, which includes the option Print settings.
In some pages, like the CHARTER | Draft charter page, you have a Settings button, which includes the option Print settings.
These options will open a dialog with the print settings.
2. Configuring settings
- Letterhead – Allows you to control whether and where a letterhead is applied. You first choose one of three options: None – No letterhead is included, First page only – The letterhead is applied to the first page of the PDF, All pages – The letterhead is applied to every page of the PDF. When you select either First page only, or All pages, a text editor appears where you can design or paste in your letterhead.
- Header / Footer – Design or paste in your header and footer.
- Page size – Define the paper size for the export.
- Landscape – Switch the page orientation from the default portrait to landscape.
- Include table of contents – Switch between including a table of contents or not.
- Margins – Control the space between the content and the edges of the page.
