WinAcc can automatically retrieve customer data from your CRM software. The data is automatically transferred from Admin-IS / Admin-Consult to Caseware in the background.
The following data will come from Admin-IS / Admin-Consult:
- Company name
- Address
- Date of general meeting
- Directors
- Shareholders
- Commissioners
Does data need to be modified? Then in most cases you can simply modify them in Admin-IS / Admin-Consult. Caseware takes over the data.
Activation (one-time)
Before you get started:
1. Make sure you have Syneton's Market Place installed. Admin-IS / Admin-Consult API activation and configuration - Syneton (zendesk.com). We recommend contacting Syneton for this.
2. In Admin-IS / Admin-Consult, check that the XBRL codes were added to the driver mandates. We have highlighted the most important ones below in yellow.
- Open the customer dossier
- In the left bar, go to Managers
- Click on managers
- At “function” you see a notepad icon > menu opens up. Also see red cross on sreenshot below.
Activating the link in WinAcc
1. Go to settings and click on office settings
2. Click on log in as admin. The password is pragmaparam
3. Scroll through to the general settings and enter the data

Working method within WinAcc
1. Existing Engagement
- Is your company number filled in? Then the file information will be updated when you open your file.
- Do you make an adjustment in Admin-IS / Consult when your Caseware file is open? Then it is best to restart your Caseware file.
- Switching between tab “Home” and “Permanent data” will also update everything
Keep in mind that an adverse reaction may take a while.
2. New Engagement / Engagement that was not yet synced with Admin-IS / Consult
- In the dashboard, go to Permanent Data
- Fill in the company number
Important note on existing WinAcc files
When importing the Central Relationships (needed for directors, shareholders and also commissioners) your current relationships are not deleted. So you can check if all relations are in AdminPulse.
In the central relationships, you can see which relationships were added manually. WinAcc also checks for duplicate relationships among them. New icons appear:
