The Final Engagement Communication page is used to draft and present the final audit report. It consolidates key elements such as the objective, scope, findings, and overall conclusion into a structured format. The report is built and edited directly within the system and can be finalised for distribution once all required sections have been completed.

The page consists of two main sections that can be navigated from the Document Map side bar: the Table of Contents and the Engagement Results Report.

The Table of Contents section provides the structure of the report, allowing users to organise and navigate the different sections included in the final communication. The Engagement Results Report is where the main report content is developed. It includes key sections such as the executive summary, objective, conclusion, and scope of the engagement. These sections should align with the work performed and the outcomes documented throughout the audit. The report content is editable within the system and can be prepared for printing or export once finalised.

Note: If the engagement conclusion has not been completed in the Engagement Conclusion Checklist, a notification will appear, prompting the user to complete this step before finalising the report.
